Project Overview

Project Overview

I redesigned an outdated finance platform within 4 weeks, marking my first experience working on a finance-related project. To ensure a user-centered approach, I familiarized myself with key finance terms and analyzed existing user feedback. The final design was immediately approved by the client.

Problem Statement

Problem Statement

The existing finance loan app had an outdated interface and a complex loan application process, leading to poor user navigation and frustration. I redesigned the app with a modern UI and streamlined the user journey by eliminating unnecessary steps, making it easier and faster for users to apply for loans.

Reflection

Reflection

This was my first finance project, and it came with a steep learning curve—from understanding financial terms to simplifying complex user flows. Despite the tight 4-week timeline, using a Lean UX approach helped me stay focused and iterate quickly. I’m proud that the client approved the final design with positive feedback. This project taught me the importance of adaptability, speed, and designing with clarity in complex domains.
